Return Policy
This Return Policy applies to purchases made through Asaas Al Hayaa for customers located within the United States. By placing an order through our website you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined below.
Eligibility for Return
Returns are accepted only in cases where products arrive damaged or the incorrect product is delivered. Customers must notify Asaas Al Hayaa within seven days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Products must be unused and in the original packaging with all tags and labels attached.
UPS Delivery Verification
Deliveries are fulfilled through UPS within the United States. UPS delivery confirmation shall serve as proof of delivery. Once UPS marks an item as delivered risk of loss transfers to the customer. Claims related to damage during transit must include photographic evidence and may require UPS inspection or documentation consistent with carrier procedures.
Inspection and Review
All returned products are subject to inspection by Asaas Al Hayaa. We may request evidence such as photographs or video footage to verify claims. If damage or incorrect fulfillment is confirmed Asaas Al Hayaa will approve the return and provide further instructions.
Exchange and Replacement
Approved returns will be processed for exchange or replacement of the same product or a comparable product of equal value. Asaas Al Hayaa does not issue refunds.
Shipping Costs and Responsibility
If a product arrives damaged or incorrect Asaas Al Hayaa will cover the cost of return shipping. If the returned product is found to be non compliant with this policy or shows signs of use the return will be denied and the customer may be responsible for shipping costs.
Non Returnable Products
Products that are used, washed, altered, or missing packaging or tags will not qualify for return or exchange. Returns submitted after the seven day period will not be accepted.
Compliance with United States Ecommerce Standards
This policy is intended to comply with standard United States ecommerce and consumer protection requirements. Nothing in this policy expands consumer rights beyond those required by applicable federal or state law. Asaas Al Hayaa reserves the right to amend this policy at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
Return Procedure
To initiate a return request customers must contact our support team and provide order number, proof of purchase, photographic evidence of damage, and a written description of the issue. All claims must be submitted within the required seven day period.
